Company Profile

The ST. CECILIA POLYCLINIC started as a one-man, one-employee medical clinic along T. Morato Street in Quezon City in 1981 under its former name STO. NIÑO NG LAGING SAKLOLO. This primarily took care of the medical needs of the people residing in the immediate environment. Since it is a mixed-up of the high and low-income families, we devised a medical program that benefited both classes of people.  For the low-income families, a health program was planned wherein a family is enrolled for a certain period of time with a minimal monthly fee which took care of all their medical expenses without limit for medical consultations.

This clinic became a part of the Non Government Organization that promotes the health and well-being of our least fortunate Filipino by providing them an access to a quality medical services at a least minimal expenses.

In 1983, during the height of Philippine crisis, both politically and economically, our clinic was there, struggling and clinging to its desire to serve our brother Filipinos of their medical needs.

It is in those times that the only alternative for a Filipino worker to earn a living is to gain employment abroad, thus paving the way to shift our goal to help our placement agencies to help deploy healthy workers abroad.

Hence, our medical clinic offered our medical expertise to Filipino contract workers to minimize the risk of repatriation of unhealthy contract workers. We were then a contributing factor to the stability of manpower services by providing them a healthy contract workers, thus minimizing economic loss through repatriation.

In 1985, we acquired an accredited clinic by the Department of Health and Philippine Overseas and Employment Administration for overseas workers, thus paving the way for the establishment of our present clinic, the ST. CECILIA POLYCLINIC. This in turn, gave us the opportunity to serve our brother Filipinos for their overseas employment.

As part of our medical program which aims to promote, maintain and improve the welfare of our clientele, the ST. CECILIA POLYCLINIC Management has upgraded its facilities by acquiring  modern  laboratory  equipment which could help the medical staff to deliver quality services.

The ST. CECILIA POLYCLINIC continued to be such, until 1994 when we shifted our medical concern to the plight of our local establishment workers.

We acquired modern laboratory equipment, ultrasound and mobile x-ray to facilitate the processing of the medical needs of the local industries.

In 1999, ST. CECILIA POLYCLINIC was chosen as among the only five drug testing center accredited by the Philippine National Police.
